Advantage Technologies, Inc was official formed in 2002.  The President/Owner, Neil Flake, Has been in the computer field since the mid 90’s.   The company began doing tech support and repairs for individuals and business in the Wright/Texas/Webster county Areas.   After a while major focus was put on helping several school districts in the area from 2003 on(Seymour, Mansfield, Norwood, Skyline)

 Currently Seymour is the main focus starting in 2014.  We are looking to start expanding back into the Computer/Network Repair field with Businesses and some Individual help, as well as expand the Website Hosting and Design Clients(www.ozarkshosting.com)

Seymour R-II School District

I am a Tech Coordinator for Seymour School(2003-current) Maintain several Active Directory Servers, Hyper-V servers, setup and maintained all aspects of networking and clients shares. Setup Google Apps for Education with over 600 accounts.
I support all kinds of devices from tablets to Interactive Whiteboards/TVs(Smart Board, Promethean, Interactive projectors, Interactive TV’s) to pc’s to printers. In addition I also setup/maintain a Meraki Wireless network for the school with 40+ current AP’s and managed switches.   Maintain Ubiquity Camera system and Grand stream VOIP phone system.  I provide full time general tech repair help and installs.  Setup, maintain, design and continue to host their website, SeymourSchool.net.

New Covenant Academy – Springfield MO

Tech Consultant (2017 – Current) Help with daily tech support requests, maintain Support Server services(Active Directory, Printservers, Windows Deployment, etc) Helped to maintain Ubiquity Access Points and server. All other local Tech responsibilities(Google Accounts, Login Accounts, Tech repair, installs, etc) Supplemental help for their local IT dept, 20-30hrs a month)(currently just backup for them, they have hired two full time techs now to do the daily support)

Victory Academy -Seymour MO

I’ve been helping the Victory Academy(formerly Ava Victory Academy) (2010 to current). I setup a brand new Active Directory server, firewall/filter, wireless etc and helped setup all new(er) laptops/desktops to access the system. All aspects of Tech support. Mansfield R-IV School District

I was the Tech Coordinator for Mansfield from 1998-2014
(when I went to seymour support full time)
I helped the school establish several Active Directory Servers, setup and maintained all aspects of networking and clients shares. Setup Google Apps for Education with over 400 accounts. Setup and maintained their Student Information System (Lumen) Helped with all types of tech questions and support, from tablets to smartboards to pc’s to printers.
